All products and services offered by E-Lance Services are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of our digital files, all sales are final.

✅ Eligible Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.

  • You did not receive access to the digital product or service you paid for, and you have contacted support within 7 days of purchase.

  • A service was not delivered within the specified timeframe, and no communication or update was provided.

⚠️ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to download or access the product (unless a verified technical issue occurred)

  • Incompatibility with software platforms (product compatibility is noted in descriptions)

  • Downloaded and used digital products
